Still loving smileys with hats! 
This one shows the bowler hat (in german: "Melone"), which has been well known in many parts of europe for some time.
Smiley and hat made by me, using the vector tool of inkscape (www.inkscape.org).
Though this hat does resemble the "Chaplin hat" in a former submission, it was made from scratch, as the old vectors cannot be used in inkscape. Hope you like it.
You'll get the vector file (svg) by using the download link and the image (png) in the preview.
Don't forget, if you want to use small smileys for bulletin boards etc., just rescale.
Those are vector images, they can be rescaled quite easily.

I'm not sure if a "boulder hat" is something in another culture,
but in English, it's known as a bowler hat.
